Refunds & Cancellations

At Deal24Hours, we strive to provide a transparent and fair experience for both buyers and vendors. Please read this policy carefully before making any transactions on our platform.
1. Subscription Plan Cancellations
Vendors who have subscribed to a paid plan (Silver, Gold, or Platinum) may cancel their subscription at any time. Please note the following:
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Access to premium features continues until the plan expiry date.
- After cancellation, the account is automatically downgraded to the Free plan.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing cycle.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate Payment: If you were charged more than once for the same subscription, a full refund will be issued for the duplicate charge.
- Technical Error: If a payment was deducted but the plan was not activated due to a system error, a full refund or plan activation will be provided.
- Unauthorized Transaction: If you believe a payment was made without your authorization, please contact us immediately with supporting details.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after subscribing to a plan.
- Failure to use the platform or its features during the subscription period.
- Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms of Service.
- Partial months or unused days of an active subscription.
4. Order-Level Cancellations (Buyers & Vendors)
Deal24Hours is a B2B marketplace platform that facilitates connections between buyers and vendors. Order-level transactions are agreed upon directly between the two parties. Therefore:
- Deal24Hours is not directly responsible for product-level cancellations or refunds between buyers and vendors.
- Buyers must communicate cancellation requests directly to the vendor before the order is processed or dispatched.
- Vendors are expected to maintain their own fair cancellation and refund policies for product orders.
- Deal24Hours may intervene as a mediator in disputed transactions upon request from either party.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for a subscription payment, please follow these steps:
- Email us at help@deal24hours.com within 7 days of the transaction.
- Include your registered email address, transaction ID, and reason for the refund request.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
6. Plan Downgrade / Upgrade
- You may upgrade your plan at any time; the new plan takes effect immediately.
- Downgrading a plan takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- No credit is provided for the price difference when downgrading mid-cycle.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refunds & Cancellations Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
