1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any feature of Deal24Hours, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our services. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Vendor Responsibilities

• Vendors must provide accurate information about their business, products, and pricing.
• All product listings must comply with applicable laws and must not infringe on third-party intellectual property.
• Vendors are responsible for fulfilling orders and quotations they commit to.
• Deal24Hours reserves the right to remove listings that violate our policies.
• Vendors must not engage in misleading practices or misrepresent products/services.

4. Buyer Responsibilities

• Buyers must submit genuine quotation requests and inquiries only.
• Buyers are responsible for verifying vendor credentials before transacting outside the platform.
• Buyers must not misuse the RFQ or inquiry system for spam or non-commercial purposes.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content.
• Use automated scripts or bots to scrape or access the platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.
• List prohibited, counterfeit, or illegal products.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Deal24Hours including logos, text, graphics, and software is the property of Deal24Hours or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Subscription Plans

Vendor subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started. Deal24Hours reserves the right to modify plan features and pricing with 30 days' notice. Downgrading a plan may result in reduced access to features.

8. Limitation of Liability

Deal24Hours is a marketplace platform and is not a party to transactions between buyers and vendors. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from transactions conducted outside our platform. Our total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. Deal24Hours does not endorse any vendor or guarantee the quality of products listed.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
